Please note! I am a University student and a person with ADHD!
I very often forget things, so feel free to poke me occasionally to ask about progress!Progress may take anywhere from a few hours to a couple of days, so please bear that in mind!
By commissioning me, you agree to the following:
Payment
1) Half of payment is required up-front!
2) Payment is done in £GBP through Paypal!
3) Refunds will only be given during/before sketch phase! If you don't like something, tell me!
4) Small revisions are free, but you may be charged a small fee for larger revisions! Feel free to ask if you are unsure!
Using The Art
1) As the commissioner, you retain the right to use the art online, but credit is required. My socials are on the home page!
2) My art is personal use only. Do not resell/redistribute the art without my knowing!
2.A) My art is to NOT be used for the sake of NFTs or AI learning models. If I find my art has been minted or used in ANY sort of AI model, you will be blacklisted and blocked on all platforms. I do NOT support AI or NFTs.
3) Do not heavily edit/alter the artwork without contacting me first at least!
Miscellaneous
1) As the artist, I retain the right to post the product to social media as I please. If you would prefer I do NOT, ask me!
2) Work in progress will be shown! I like to make sure the art is to the standards of the commissioner!
3) I will not mimic the style of other artists, even at request.
4) Commissioners' names/emails/information will be promptly lost after commissions are completed! (i.e. i will forget about them and your data will stay safe lol)
5) Visual reference (i.e. character reference) is HIGHLY preferred! There will be an added fee for commissions without one!
